Rise and Fall of the Arc-King
Titus was born the eldest child of a people steeped in magical arts learned from the Fey millennium ago. For nearly as long, this kingdom was in close alliance to a dwarf clan, often trading magical protection for arms and armor. For centuries now, the two people combined their knowledge to craft magical armor and weapons. No where was this exchange more apparent than in the training of their warriors. The elite of each society was sent to train in the weapons and combat from each. Martial training from the dwarfs, wizardry from the humans. These fighters were known as battle mages.
Like all first-born of his line, Titus was sent to the dwarven kingdom of Dun Kuloch at the age of six. He was to return at the age of 18 and prepare to succeed his father to the thrown. Upon returning home, he found his younger brother had usurped the thrown. Rather than bring war to his own people, Titus left behind his lands and people and turned to a life of wandering, hoping someday to revenge his father.
